Katie began her career in real estate in 1983. Prior to that, she held positions in marketing for Southwestern Bell Telephone and Braniff International Airlines. She is a native of St. Louis, but has also lived in Dallas, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, and Moorehead City, NC. Among her reasons for loving St. Louis are her local friends, great restaurants, shopping, wineries, art, and the theatre.

Katie was drawn to real estate because she enjoys working with people and because it affords her the opportunity to bring her qualities or honesty, ethics, empathy, and patience to her role as an agent. The Wm French reputation for quality service and its specialty as a buyer's agency were the factors that attracted her to the organization.

She received recognition in 2008 as a Five Star Real Estate Agent based on client satisfaction. 

Katie and her husband have five grown daughters and one grandson. Her interests include art, theatre, antiques, outlet mall shopping and interior design. She is a member of the Ladies Ambassador Club and her church, and says that her family and her career are both full-time jobs!
